My name is Cecilia Roman, FNP, and I am a nurse practitioner and founder of Roman Family Practice, PLLC. I have dedicated my nursing career to the Killeen/Fort Hood greater community. As an Army brat, I have lived all over the U.S., but my family and I chose Central Texas to call our home.
I am a proud Alumni of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and graduated with honors. When asked why I chose nursing as a career , I can honestly say that it chose me.
Taking care of my patients does not feel like work to me. Instead, caring for patients fulfills me and I feel very privileged to be an important part of so many people's lives. When I care for my patients, I can't help but feel like I am taking care of a member of my family.

Elide "Ellie" Lozoya is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care for individuals and families of all ages. She earned her BSN from the University of Texas at El Paso and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner education at Texas State University.

Mrs. Lozoya is passionate about preventive care and the management of acute and chronic conditions. She believes in listening to her patients, building trusting relationships, and creating individualized care plans that empower each person to achieve better health and well-being.

Meet our dedicated Office Manager, Anthony Roman, a seasoned professional with a unique background as an Army Infantry Veteran. After serving in the Infantry, Anthony Roman transitioned into office management and has been excelling in this role for over a decade now.
Drawing from the invaluable experiences gained during their military service, Anthony Roman brings a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and adaptability to our team. From strategic planning to efficient workflow management, Anthony Roman ensures that our office runs like a well-oiled machine, providing a seamless experience for our clients and colleagues alike. With a profound commitment to excellence, Anthony Roman is the backbone of our workplace, keeping everything in order and enabling our team to thrive.
Beyond work, Anthony Roman continues to embody the values of camaraderie and service as they pursue new adventures and opportunities. We are proud to have Anthony Roman leading the charge and fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.
Alicia Foskett brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and healthcare administration to Roman Family Practice PLLC. Her extensive background includes more than two decades supporting the financial operations of the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, where she developed expertise in financial management, budgeting, and resource coordination.

Today, Alicia works part-time with our practice, focusing on medical billing and coding and helping ensure our financial and insurance processes are handled accurately and efficiently. As a Spanish-speaking member of our team, she is also able to assist and communicate with our Spanish-speaking patients. Her experience, dedication, and attention to detail make her a valued part of our practice.

Jessica Kim serves as our PCC. She has more than 25 years of administrative healthcare experience. Jessica is always available helps our patients navigate the confusing and tortuous healthcare world. She is an expert with nearly all brands and types of health insurance plans and helps our patients better understand their healthcare benefits.
Jessica is an Alumni of University of Texas and holds a Master’s degree in Education. Her experience in education is apparent everyday as she guides patients through their healthcare journey. Jessica holds a wealth of knowledge and shares freely an abundance of information with every patient she encounters. When not working Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, mountain biking, reading and traveling the world. Our patients should feel free to approach Jessica with any of your care coordination questions.
